Using COOChief

COOChief provides AI-assisted operations software for short-term rental businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you provide and for the messages you send to guests.

Subscriptions

• Trials run for 14 days with full platform access.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

AI output

AI-generated replies, briefs, and recommendations are suggestions. Review them before acting or sending them to guests. COOChief is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.

Acceptable use

Do not use COOChief to send unlawful content, to violate platform policies of connected services, or to attempt to access other customers' data.
