How we use it

We use your data to operate COOChief: generating AI answers grounded in your property knowledge, coordinating operations, and producing reports. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

AI processing

AI features send the minimum necessary context to our model providers to produce a response. Providers process this content transiently to serve the request.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per account with row-level authorization, so only your team can read your portfolio data.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated records, email hello@coochief.com.
