How do I get started?
Create an account, add your first property, and either connect your booking platform or run COOChief standalone. Onboarding walks you through both paths.
Which platforms can I connect?
COOChief is platform-agnostic. Hospitable, Guesty, and Hostaway are supported today, with more integrations listed in the Integrations hub.
How does the AI learn my properties?
Paste notes or upload documents into the AI Property Builder. COOChief extracts structured fields and keeps your extra notes intact, then grounds every AI answer in that knowledge.
Does the AI send messages automatically?
Only where you enable it. By default AI drafts replies for review, so you stay in control of guest communication.
How is billing handled?
Plans and usage live in Settings → Billing. Trials run 14 days, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
